1.- Download Customers: How do I get my other install able copies of Norton software for more PC's?
You need to create the Norton Recovery CD by downloading a special recovery .ISO file and create a recovery CD using a blank CD-R disc.

Example: Open your existing Norton package- Little icon on bottom right of screen- Look under "Support" top right corner-to get your existing serial number and version #. Write them down since you need it to renew.   2.- Go to: http://www.asystematics.com/norton-canada-coupon-codes.htm Look for upgrades and Renewals- in left hand column > 3.- Under > Renew your subscription. Select your product> Little down arrow shows which ones- Click on What Version >Select Renewals for "your existing Norton software. 4.- Goes to: > Subscription renewal icon. 5.- Goes to Order page- we do not buy insurance- click on little Trash can to delete charge. 6.- Enter Coupon code when available. You should see the discount amount appear in CA dollars. Plus tax- which may not be applicable since it is downloaded from the USA. 7.- Enter your payment info- (It is a secured site). Follow download instructions. Once your payment has been accepted, the download will start- let it completely finish without using your computer for other things. 8.- Your computer will need to be re-started. Then, check your Norton icon again to see if your days total has increased to help keep you safe for another year:)

After install make sure you log back in with the same user account you originally installed your Norton product.  If not, you may receive a Windows Security error. Log off and log on with another User account until Norton loads up correctly. Run your LiveUpdate, Re- boot and run a quick scan in Norton to make sure everything is working to your satisfaction. Norton support is available year round for Canadian Customers- 24/ 7.

2.- Renewals/ Upgrades- Some mail-in rebates & special discounts are now deducted from your price- world wide. Your present subscription Expiry date should roll forward and be added to an extended expiry date. Example:  If you buy a new 1 year subscription on May. 1, 2011 and your existing one expires on May, 16, 2011 (for special price or budget reasons)- The sixteen (16) days remaining should be honoured and added to your new subscription which will not expire until May. 31, 2012.

3.- Ordering info- Select the download version or shipped boxed version. Place your order in Canadian dollars. If you chose to download, it will start and follow the instructions. Shipments take a few days to arrive at your designated location though you will be responsible for any Federal or Provincial tax applicable.
After you install your Norton software, re-boot your system and open your Norton software. Run the LiveUpdate to be sure it is current with virus definitions. Save or print a copy of your invoice and activation/ key code # for later reference should support be required.
After you have installed your first copy, you need the activation/ key code # to install your extra copies to other computers. If you downloaded your new software or upgrade/ renewal, you need to download a copy to each new computer. For example, a 3 user version can be used on 3 computers but you need to install each separately from the Norton centre site or from the CD provided in your boxed version.
