General Users: The Asystematics web site is not designed to and does not collect "personal identifiable information". Should the User elect to receive our Newsletter or Specials Bulletin, we collect, use and disclose personal information only for purposes that a reasonable person would consider appropriate in the circumstances. Information provided allows us to send information that a user has expressed an interest in receiving. User information is not shared with any outside source without specific permission.
This site does not use intrusive-type software that could interfere with your system operations. It does keep track (anonymously) of the frequency the site is accessed and which pages are the most popular to keep content fresh & timely. Asystematics does not accept payment from third party companies to advertise their wares in order to provide our users with an objective view of their products or services.
In some instances, Asystematics may be compensated with a referral fee should you decide to acquire goods or services though a third party link. By accepting a referral fee, Asystematics does not provide support unless under separate contract to provide additional services. Asystematics does not endorse or recommend any particular product or service for specific purposes or system configurations.

On-line Transactions:
Transactions do not occur on this site. Transactions can occur through third party companies only when the information is provided by you, directly. We do not retain, track or validate any user's "personally identifiable information". You should anticipate that the third party sites will need to know personal information for the purposes of completing a sale, registering warranties or providing support or maintenance. As such, Asystematics does not solicit by e-mail address or phone. In the event you receive an email that is identified with our markings or a call that introduces our Company, we suggest you delete it immediately and ignore any promise or service.

We endeavor to protect any information you decide to provide and will not share it with any outside party without your permission. We use industrial-grade software, hardware and service providers under licence & service contacts. Transactions you choose to instigate with the third party links can reduce your risk since your personal information is only handled once, not several times. Web pages produced for this site are composed with multiple colors on a white background with and without a faint image and an Asystematics logo.
Access & Children:
The Asystematics site is not designed for or directed towards children. We will not intentionally collect or maintain information about anyone 17 years of age or younger. We shall endeavor to comply with the guidelines of COPPA, ECC Directives and federal/state/provincial laws.
Consent:
By using the "Site", you consent to the collection, use and storage of user information by us or a third party link in the manner described in this Privacy Policy, Legal & Terms of Use and elsewhere on this "Site".
